The Folkmanis Sheepdog Hand Puppet is a high-quality puppet with fine and soft fur that does not tangle easily. Its fur sheds naturally, but it is not recommended to remove it. The puppet has multiple openings, one near the neck to control the head and mouth, and one near the middle to operate the paws/hands. Brushing the fur is possible, but not for advanced styling. Although it is not clear if this product is a free return item, the reviewer kept it because of its cuteness. Making the tail wag requires two hands, one in the body and the other around the puppet with a flicking motion.
