    atbildi: Yes, the faucet spray head comes with a removable and washable aerator.

    atbildi: Yes, it does default back to stream after being shut off.

    atbildi: Video could not be loaded.

    atbildi: Not sure. But if the diameters are the same it should. Mine replaced the goose neck head on my Grand Design Imagine. Fits and works great.

    atbildi: Yes, the aerator is removable. The problem is the replacement. This aerator is non-standard, so finding new ones to fit have so far been impossible. It looks like a 1/2 inch or 13mm diameter and 1/2 inch tall.
