If any light is off, it indicates a short circuit, and further investigation can be done using a multimeter or by shaking the CPU compression bar. Once the above steps have been completed and the test is deemed normal, you can proceed to install the CPU load and use an oscilloscope to test various voltages, clocks, and other signals to ensure they are functioning correctly.
