While the first two pairs, made in the USA, were comfortable and durable, the ones made in the Dominican Republic are made from stiff and unforgiving leather that refuses to break in. The shoes are an expensive imitation of the real thing, lacking in quality and comfort. With other high-quality options available in the same price range, there is no reason to choose Sebago.
