Quicken Willmaker Plus 2019 is a book and software kit that offers guidance in creating a will. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with the product. Some customers have complained about missing CD-ROMs and visibly worn and soiled books. Additionally, there have been complaints about the software requiring the use of fractions instead of percentages when dividing up assets, making it difficult for users with unequal shares. Another drawback is that the software is no longer supported after installation, requiring an expensive upgrade to the 2020 version. On the positive side, those who were able to successfully install and use the software found it easy to use and highly recommended it.
