The movies revolve around the adventures of three young boys who were trained by their grandfather to be ninjas and use their skills to help others. One customer praised the DVD set, stating that all discs worked with no scratches and that both they and their children loved watching the movies. Another customer enjoyed the collection for the nostalgia factor but was disappointed that the original 3 Ninjas movie was not included.
