The Snakebyte Gamepad PRO is an internal rechargeable controller compatible with MacOS High Sierra and recognized by the operating system as HID Gamepad. However, the controller requires the installation of a driver for some versions of MacOS, which is available on the manufacturer's website. Similarly, for Linux users, drivers/software must be downloaded from the remote manufacturer website. Overall, customers seem to have mixed experiences with this gamepad. While some customers had no issues and found it easy to set up and use, others encountered problems with pairing and compatibility. One review stated that the product was not as advertised, as it did not work with their Mac. Another customer complained about the quality, stating that the controller started to fail during gameplay. Additionally, a few customers attempted to contact customer service, but they never received a response.
