This waterproofing product is not recommended for use outdoors, but is excellent for ceramic tiles on cement walls, and can even be applied as an anti-fracture membrane. It is paintable after drying, taking about 3 hours to dry between coats. Any type of thinset cement can be used over this product, and it can be used under tile paint or as a waterproofing barrier. However, it is not recommended for use on a pool due to its pebble-like finish.
