However, customers mentioned that the bag is not suitable for too heavy items as it will overload the roof of the vehicle and affect the fuel Consumption. Some customers had trouble figuring out the strapping system, but felt their belongings were secure with it. The main criticisms arose regarding plastic pieces being too weak, and the product was not easy to set up with better directions.
