If you are using this on an iPhone, it is not recommended due to the lack of available apps as the company is no longer in business. The video quality is good, but not perfect. It is not full spherical 360°, so there is a dead space on the bottom. If you just need to capture the action and not worried about the best picture quality, this product is a good camera.
