It smooths and softens the nail area, but many people mentioned that it does not actually remove the cuticles as other products do. Moreover, the cuticles stay soft for a short time but then return to the same condition after a few hours. The tube is small and will need to be re-applied weekly to finish, although this may depend on personal use. Sally Hansen Problem Cuticle Remover can be used on both fingernail and toenail cuticles.
