    atbildi: I do not know if they increase blood circulation but they are meant to keep you blood circulating. They work really well when running in the Spartan races by helping keep the blood circulating so you don't cramp.

    atbildi: I am 5’4” and 150 lbs. I bought the medium and feel as though I am between a medium and a large for a really good fit. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful than that.

    atbildi: 2XU publishes the sizing guide which I used to purchase my compression tights. I strongly suggest to refer to the official sizing guide. If you are borderline you may want go for the smaller size. My personal comment after using the MCS tights for 18 months during marathons and Ultra races ( I have multiple pairs) :The MCS tights are amazing, they truly minimise muscle vibrations and speed up the recovery process
