One reviewer praised that the firebox was easy to install and worked well. Another was very happy with their purchase, as it was much less expensive than other options they found locally. However, some reviewers had issues with the quality of the product or the customer service from ProCom. One reviewer reported a failed igniter and a concerning odor that set off their CO2 detector. Another reviewer received a damaged product that was assembled incorrectly at the factory. They found both the product and the customer service to be substandard.
