    atbildi: Yes, it is specifically designed for the Honda Civic Si models from 2006 to 2011.

    atbildi: You can clean the Pro DRY S filter as needed using soap and water, without any oils.

    atbildi: No, the installation is straightforward and can be completed in 45 minutes or less.

    atbildi: It may not have been CARB Legal in 2014, but it is now Carb Legal. Only thing is I had to call AFE and they mailed me a CARB sticker / paper work for it. Love this Intake!
  • jautājums: Do I need a hondata flash pro or is it a clean install without any maf or electric and sensor problems?

    atbildi: The air intake alone doesn't make enough change to really need a Hondata, nor will it affect any of the associated sensors negatively. However to see any serious performance gains, the Hondata is then necessary. It does make a mean sound once you have it on though. Definitely a bit deeper.

The intake has shown a tendency to easily heat soak during hot weather conditions, causing sluggish starts, but its filter is long-lasting and can be easily cleaned. Finally, there have been customer complaints about AFE's customer service related to technical support and aftermarket part compatibility.
