The MGI SpeedWare 38" Thru-Panel Stud Junction with High-Power Copper Core Bushing is an excellent product for efficient energy transfer between connection points. The copper layer swaged around the nickel-plated steel stud (inside the nylon bushing) allows for high energy transfer between connection points. Additionally, two copper washers at both ends of the nylon bushing further enhance conductivity with fasteners. Customers are pleased to know that the glass-filled nylon base's melting point is approximately 500F, ensuring durability even in high-heat environments. Furthermore, while the manufacturer has not tested or rated the product specifically at 24v, it can be used with 24v (max 48v) if the amperage remains below 440A Continuous / 550A Momentary.
