The large capacity of the envelopes allows for a lot of papers to be stored, and the 2-inch width provides enough space to hold even more. While the folders are not sectioned, the bottom does fold up to close, creating two sections, but when fully open, there is one open area. The design is sturdy, and the snap closure is secure, keeping your documents and papers safe. Some customers have used these envelopes for their photographs as well, though they are not entirely sealed at the top, so small photographs may slip out. However, they work great for larger documents and paperwork.
