However, one customer complained that out of the box, the boards connect and disconnect from the computer repeatedly, and programming them can be a hassle. Another customer mentioned that the product is actually a knockoff and does not work like a genuine Digispark. They also faced difficulty in getting the micronucleus bootloader to work properly. A workaround was provided involving flashing it with the t85_default release from micronucleus using a Raspberry Pi and avrdude, which resolved the issue and allowed the board to work fine. The customer highlighted that dealing with these boards on a Linux box is easier due to driver headaches in Windows. The seller recommended searching for information on the Attiny85 when the customer inquired about the unusual bootloader behavior.
