The Trans-Dapt Performance SNGL O/F RELOC KIT is designed for those who want to relocate their engine oil filter for easier access and replacement. This product comes with two aluminum housings, hoses, and fittings. The kit also allows you to position the filter on the fender well with longer hoses. With that option, you'll get an almost extra qt. of oil in the system. However, there are some downsides to this product. The castings of the filter mount and engine adapter are not very clean or precise. The rubber o-ring doesn't stay in the groove and needs to be replaced with a larger diameter one to make the seal. Also, the hoses are too short and they only allow you to use oil filters that are no longer readily available. If you want to use filters that originally came with your vehicle, you will have to find ones that fit, which takes some effort. Overall, the Trans-Dapt Performance SNGL O/F RELOC KIT is an affordable option for relocating your engine oil filter, but it has some limitations and issues with quality.
