A 2D laser engraving is a detailed recreation of your photo, while a 3D laser engraving has a third dimension, depth. From the front, it looks like a statue suspended inside the crystal. Overall, customers have had a positive experience with this product. They found it to be a meaningful and sentimental gift, with some customers even stating that it made their loved ones cry. However, some customers have experienced issues with the chain, such as knots and a faulty clasp or breakage.
