It should be noted that the product does not come with any jaws, so compatible jaws must be purchased in order to use this tool. Despite its relatively high price tag, this press tool offers contractors and professionals a labor and liability-saving solution that is unmatched by manual crimpers. The compatibility with Ridgid® MegaPress Jaws & Rings from 1/2" to 2" and Milwaukee press jaws from 1/2 in., 3/4 in., 1 in., 1 1/4 in., 1 1/2 in., and 2 in. is a great feature, making it a great replacement to older guns. However, the tool requires maintenance after reaching 45,000 cycles. Some customers complained about not receiving the accessories they needed and the size not meeting their expectations. Others had issues with the tool finishing the cycle. Despite these negative reviews, a majority of the customers were pleased with the tool and its capabilities.
