The CEL Robox 3D printer works with proprietary and third-party filament spools, and there are at least three ways to use third-party filaments. The printer comes with everything required to print except for a computer. The unit has a smaller nozzle size that allows for the best XY resolution of any production FFF machine. One customer praised the print quality, speed, and utility of the printer, as well as its ability to utilize a wider variety of materials, while another found it unreliable and inConsistent. Many customers reported issues with defective print heads and required repairs. Some criticisms of the printer included the high retail price, and limitations of the free version of the software.
