The Logitech G29 is an entry-level wheel/pedal setup designed for racing sim games with a solid build quality and a good price/value ratio. The mounting options for the wheel are good and it can be mounted by friction alone or by a bolt, while the pedals are sturdy and can be fixed by friction and/or bolt. The brake pedal is particularly strong and has two stages of pressure. Reviewers recommend weakening the forced feedback if the operability is important. However, reviewers found some drawbacks: the brake pedal is too stiff too early, the steering wheel is too small and gamepad button clutter detracts from its overall appearance. A common issue with the wheel is the "clipping" effect when the wheel simulates extreme driving situations, but calibration can help to reduce the effect. Despite some negative points, many reviewers were generally satisfied with the wheel's overall performance and price point.
