- Flavor Profile: Rich, creamy, and fragrant, featuring ingredients like lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, and dried shrimp.
- Enhance Creaminess: Add extra santan (coconut milk) or evaporated milk for a richer broth.
- Spiciness: Add fresh chili or chili paste if more heat is desired.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place; store in the refrigerator once opened.
- 1. Pour boil water in a pot. Boil noodles, bean sprout, prawn, fish ball etc. in hot water separately. Drain away water and put it a side.
- 2. Add Masfood Curry Laksa Paste to a cooking pot and pour in 800ml (4 cups) of water. Cook until boilling then add in 1 bowl (200ml) of coconut milk, Reboil again.
- 3. Prepare a bowl and put some noodles, bean sprount, prawn, fish ball into it, pour some prepared Curry Laksa soup into it. Serve while it hot.
